MOMENT and FLOW are the two singles that preceded ANALOG MIND, born from the same sessions, in the same spirit: analog synthesizers, single take, total improvisation. Each track in this series features an acoustic instrument in dialogue with the machines.
MOMENT
The first single in the ANALOG MIND series, MOMENT inaugurates a radical project: analog synthesizers recorded in a single take, like an improvisation, each performance results in a different sound. In keeping with the spirit of the series, an acoustic instrument accompanies the synthesizers: here, a trumpet played by Eric Bettens himself. A warm, human voice at the heart of the machines, a suspended moment, unique and irreplaceable.
FLOW
The second single from the ANALOG MIND series, FLOW takes you on an inner journey, meditation, self-exploration, deep relaxation. The ethereal sounds and hypnotic pulses of analog synthesizers, recorded in a single take, create a suspended, timeless space. The cover art, by urban exploration photographer MG Cécile, visually extends this journey: its industrial textures and contrasting colors create a mystical atmosphere that perfectly complements the sonic essence of the track.
